چکیده

In China, with the rapid development of urbanisation, contradiction between supply and demand has become increasingly severe, particularly in large medium-sized cities. Improving public transport equity can help to reduce social exclusion lower-income socially vulnerable groups relation urban system, guarantee that systems are given priority terms development. Using concept transport-related equity, this study aims explore effects quality transport, participation, policy using Shenyang as a case study. Data analysed Structural Equation Model (SEM). Our findings show three latent variables accessibility, affordability, impacts be seen representing main characteristics equity; while improvements quality, polices play significant role reducing inequity. Moreover, indicate participation direct, significant, positive influences on policies. implications, we suggest policies designed improve service extend fare concessions, promote decision-making process should next round comprehensive planning order inequity China more generally.

Twin-singleton differences in brain structure using structural equation modelling.

Twin studies are important to investigate genetic influences on variation in human brain morphology in health and disease. However, the twin method has been criticized for its alleged non-generalizability due to differences in the intrauterine and family environment of twins, compared with singletons. To test whether twin-singleton differences complicate interpretation of genetic contributions ...

Component-based Structural Equation Modelling

Two complementary schools have come to the fore in the field of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM): covariance-based SEM and component-based SEM. The first approach has been developed around Karl Jöreskog and the second one around Herman Wold under the name "PLS" (Partial Least Squares). Hwang and Takane have proposed a new component-based SEM method named Generalized Structured Component Anal...
